The Staff Team

The RFS is run on a daily basis by a dedicated and professional staff team. Sally Williams is the General Manager, Ian Taylor is the Assistant Manager & Kelly Luff is the Cook and Supervisor. They work closely with a team of General Assistants.

Sally Williams

I was born and raised in Devon and have worked in the catering industry for many years. I have also managed the family design and print business for several years. But food is where my passion lies- I understand how important it is to support local local farmers and suppliers and in turn bring you all a feast of local produce! Please get in touch with me with any comments or suggestions you may have about any aspect of The Real Food Store.

Ian Taylor

My background is in the catering, hospitality and leisure industries, most recently working for The National Trust in Warwickshire. I now live in Torbay and this is my ideal job as it gives me the bonus of working with fantastic local produce, getting to know the excellent local farmers and food producers and of course working with you- The Real Food Store customers!

Kelly Luff

Kelly (background / experience) … she brings her love of good food & flair for cookery.
